A significant part of Mr. Morton's practice is devoted to helping clients understand and protect their rights by way of will contests and other estate litigation. Mr. Morton often works together with the firm's estate planning specialists in estate litigation cases for a team approach.

Years of experience defending insurance companies make Mr. Morton especially skilled at handling personal injury and malpractice cases for injured parties.

Mr. Morton has experience in all levels of our courts (i.e., Magistrate's Court, District Court, Superior Court, the Court of Appeals, and the North Carolina Supreme Court). Mr. Morton also has experience in federal court (both trial and appeal courts).
